About Tuomas Mathlein

Standing on crossroads with approx. 10 years of expertise at municipal and public organizations. I have seen municipal organizations through different eyes and different roles. Every step I made were an fantastic opportunity to see how people organized their work, workflow and how organizations and their leaders sees the change and the needed development. The development process in the organization has always motivated me (and even after 4 years of different development tasks the fire is still burning and feeds the brain). As I mentioned I'm standing on crossroads. I Know that I have swayed far away from software development, games development and computer graphics that motivated me through my studies. I also know that I have lived my life with passion for development processes and building rational explanations and clothing them into meaningful way of interaction. What will happen next is something I don't know, the road is open and the range is large. Maybe this is something both everyday and extraordinary.
