About Tuomas Viitasaari

I am a self-motivated and energetic person, with a passion for customer service, leading projects, cooperation, leadership, team coaching, well-being and organization development. I have worked in multiple organizations which has strengthens my skills to grasping new issues quickly and my ability to discern large entities. My working experience and education have given me proficient ability in wide areas: Sports, leadership, management, developing business and organizational processes, lean and project management. In addition, I have the experience and abilities in the areas of human resources, logistics, administration and accounting. Colleagues know me as innovative and productive person with whom it is nice to work with. I also always respect my employer and my colleagues’ thoughts before I put my ideas to practice. I can work independently but I 'am at my best as a part of a team, collaborating with others. I have received positive feedback in team leadership, customer service, cooperation skills, project management and good ability to identifying new opportunities. In my spare time I do CrossFit, running and reading. In addition, I do hiking trips yearly. Otherwise, I enjoy my time with my family.
