With over 20 years experience in top-tier law firms and senior executive in-house roles, I specialise in corporate advisory, governance, commercial supply and infrastructure projects, particularly in the social-infrastructure, health, transport, technology and energy sectors across the Asia-Pacific. Working with both the public and private sectors, I bring a unique agility and depth of understanding to end-to-end project solving and legal operations. I am known for my people leadership, commercial acumen, technical expertise and stakeholder management. My roles have included law firm partner, staff partner, company secretary and senior executive in-house leadership positions (legal and commercial). I also work closely with boards (both in advisory roles and as a director and / or company secretary myself) and am passionate about making a difference to the businesses and people I work with. Having lived and worked in Australia, Japan, Papua New Guinea and Hong Kong, I bring a diverse mindset and passion for international and development projects.
