About Turner Dilley

Turner serves as a Federal Enterprise Strategy Senior Consultant for IBM supporting the Headquarters United States Air Force’s Directorate of Civil Engineers. At IBM, he also had a year-and-a-half-long stint on its United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) work stream, providing strategic support to drive the VBA's mission and deliver better experiences and outcomes for Veterans. Prior to joining IBM, he worked as an Associate at FGS Global on the Health Government Affairs team, where he had a hand in crafting the GR strategies for Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and philanthropies focused on health care. During his time at The Ohio State University, Turner held internships with FGS Global and the OSU Office of Government Affairs, and was active in his business fraternity. He was also an inaugural Campus Brand Manager for Margaritaville’s college ambassador program, Margaritaville University, in which he oversaw the program in the Midwest. In his free time, Turner enjoys golfing, playing tennis, exploring everything D.C. has to offer, spending time with family and friends, and checking out the best new restaurants and breweries.
