The project coordinator or SPOC for EV projects at Prototype manufacturing facility. Boosting Electric mobility solutions in commercial vehicles on Gen 4 NPI process in digital as well as physical platform. Apart from regular purchase activities VAVE, IPR, WCQ initiative & GEAR are being initiated at purchase level as per management guidelines. This drive contains to reduce the cost of production vehicles by benchmarking competitors model, innovative & mobility approach in existing vehicles for scope of notarization & patent, Minimum defect must be leave from the plant or engineering & control on the cost factors. Proto tooling requirement, AOI, TRSO & DFM issues been identified at DR0 stage & discussed with COC’s & supplier for manufacturing clearance. Purchase parts timeline reduction for Beta prototype vehicles. The Proto build plan for rolling month to be discussed with the planner in weekly meeting and accordingly purchase parts will be arranged. In indirect procurement handling the shopfloor tooling requirements, maintenance spares paints, safety parts require for ERC. The trailer (movement) requirements across the ERC require for testing agencies get discussed with end user & logistics supplier for finalization. Actively participated the industry 4.0, digital Proto shop, Dalmia, PLM, protype vehicles DMU’s for ERC Proto requirement. Previously working with Kirloskar Brothers Limited as an Executive-Procurement. Worked towards Sourcing of Steel Components require for Pumps, Rate contracts, Raw material steel bars bulk buying, On-time Delivery Performance of the suppliers, inventory management, continuous improvement in supplier OFI’s & conducting SQIP audit. Review of the Sales plan for Large Pumps along with Planning team & ensure the material availability as per Plan. Worked as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Sourcing & buying (Procurement) activities within a challenging time frame.
