ITIL V3 Intermediate – Service Operations qualified consultant working in and Managing Operations (people, processes), aligning my work with the ITIL framework.Total experience 10 years which includes Software Testing & Process Consulting and progressed into Service Management managing multiple processes which includes Change & Release Management,Incident, Problem, 3rd Party & Escalation Management for Application & Infrastructure with a view to providing best practice and customer service excellence- Working on Infrastructure side of Bank wherein the current role is leading the team for Release Management for Group Technology (GT) across UBS. This function is responsible for the control and governance of approvals for all changes to the production systems for the Bank.In addition to the operational responsibility, this function also defines the standards and process across GT and is the key stakeholder in the program to consolidate the many Change Management tool to a single tool with aligned processes- Worked as Process Consultant with exposure to all types of projects.Experience in Process Definition, Process Implementation & Facilitation & Conducting Audits based on CMMi (Development, Services), ISO Standards (9001:2008, 20K) & ITIL Framework- Worked as Team Lead/Test Team Member for System Integration Testing, overall Functional testing & Customer Acceptance using Manual Testing Methodology.
