About Tushar Kashyap

As a Deputy Manager at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, I apply my mechanical engineering skills and knowledge to oversee the maintenance and procurement of the plant's equipment and resources. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Techno India University in 2017, where I learned the fundamentals of design, analysis, and manufacturing of mechanical systems and components. In my previous roles as an Assistant Engineer at Shree Bajrang Power And Ispat Limited Borjhara and an Engineer at ACC Limited, I gained valuable experience in working as a shift incharge, managing manpower and schedules, ensuring smooth running of the kiln and its auxiliaries, and coordinating with other departments. I also developed my proficiency in Python, which I use to automate tasks and optimize processes. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to improve efficiency and quality. I enjoy working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment, where I can contribute to the organization's goals and vision, and bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table.
