Tushar Mehta is a results-driven professional with a background in mechanical engineering. He completed his degree from NIT Hamirpur in 2019. After graduating, Tushar gained valuable industry experience by working at Havells India Limited for a year as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in the Research and Development department, specifically focusing on water heaters. Following his stint at Havells, Tushar joined Quantum Finance as a Business Analyst. In this role, he played a crucial part in assisting financial sector clients by automating and developing complex business projects. Tushar utilized in-house software called SHEETKRAFT to aid in the automation process. He worked closely with clients to understand their needs, streamline processes, and reduce manual efforts. Additionally, Tushar excelled in explaining technical concepts to non-technical individuals, ensuring ease of use for all users. He also took charge of documenting Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) based on user preferences. Tushar's attention to detail extended to the preparation of weekly reports and trackers, helping to monitor development progress and adhere to timelines. Currently, Tushar is working as a Business Analyst at Redseer Strategy Consulting. In this role, he is an integral part of client projects, contributing to problem-solving and driving the execution of consulting engagements. Tushar's responsibilities include problem structuring, data analysis, primary research through interviews with experts and consumers, and secondary research to supplement findings.
