About Tushar Negi

Tushar is a licensed architect with the Ontario Association of Architects (OAA) and the Council of Architecture, India (COA). With a distinguished career spanning over a decade, Tushar's expertise lies in orchestrating the design and management of mixed-use, residential, and commercial/retail projects across both Canadian and Indian landscapes. He is currently the Manager of Design and Product Development at Marlin Spring Developments, an award-winning real estate company, developing and building low-rise and high-rise communities throughout Toronto and the GTA. Tushar was born and raised in India and moved to Toronto, Canada in his mid-twenties. With an international perspective deeply embedded in his design philosophy, Tushar brings a harmonious fusion of cultural influences to his projects. Passionate about integrating eco-conscious practices into architectural endeavors, Tushar champions the cause of sustainable and occupant wellness-focused design. He holds the LEED AP BD+C and WELL AP certifications. In 2021, Tushar co-founded SOSA Canada (Society of South Asian Architects, Canada), assuming the role of Executive Director. Dedicated to creating an inclusive platform, SOSA Canada fosters opportunities for mentorship, education, networking, and outreach for architects, designers and newcomers in the profession in Canada.
