1) I am a seasoned and dynamic leader with over 11 years of experience in the home fabrics industry, where I have developed and executed innovative and profitable solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. I have a strong background in business strategy, planning, analysis, research and development, growth and change management, budgeting, valuation, and MIS. I hold an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.(2) As the Assistant Vice President of Strategy and Business Excellence at D'Decor Home Fabrics, I am responsible for co-ordinating on behalf of the Managing Director and overseeing various aspects of the business operations. I leverage my analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and line of business expertise to identify and execute strategic initiatives that improve the performance and efficiency of the organization. Some of my recent achievements include leading the S4 HANA migration project, implementing AI/ML use cases with a top management consulting firm, driving continuous improvement projects to optimize operations, and leading sustainability initiatives that will result in more than 60% power requirements from renewable sources.
