I started my telecom journey with bare-metal systems and on-ground NSS operations, learning firsthand how networks breathe, break, and bounce back. From testing and signaling distribution frames to cloud-native deployments, I’ve grown through every layer of the network stack. Today, as Technical Director at Infinite Computer Solutions, I lead the global delivery of over 75 cloud-native 4G/5G projects for Nokia, managing a $2.2 million annual portfolio with a 115+ member team across NAM, EUR, APAC and MEA. I’ve turned around loss-making accounts into positive GM, grown teams from 5 to 70+ in just 3 month, and executed 50+ project transitions without missing a beat. My people management, delivery execution, and strategic foresight ensure every project lands on time, within budget, and with business continuity intact. I build delivery models that can adapt to change and give sustained results. Outside work, completed executive leadership from IIM Lucknow and mentoring TPMs and engineers to grow in both competence and confidence.
