About Tushar Srivastava

I’m a certified professional logistician with total 7 years of experience in Operation and customer service. In my current role in DSV I’m taking care of all the products and serving my time as a Customer Service Representative wherein I share daily updates with customers on market conditions, arrange rates for their queries and provide solutions on their issues. Earlier to DSV I was working with CH Robinson where I was taking care of the operations from end to end majorly for US lane. There I was working as a Senior Global Forwarding Agent and was taking care of shipments on daily basis. My first Job was at DHL Global Forwarding wherein I had started my carrier as a Graduate Trainee and slowly started learning logistics methods and working. In DHL I was promoted twice first as a Senior Executive and then as an Assistant Manager within a gap of 1 year with the help of tremendous mentors like Jatin Verma, Rahul Bhatia and Indu Bala. They have guided me and supported me in my every step on how to be a good person and skilled logistician.
