About Tusti Majumder

More than six (6) years of experience in administration and customer service have strengthened my communication, work prioritization in a multitasking environment and teamwork skills. In my current role as an Administrative Support, I am responsible to provide all the required administrative and clerical assistance throughout the organization. I perform crucial responsibilities including preparing and proofreading correspondence, maintaining excel tracking sheets to generate various administrative reports, managing multiple calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, handling all incoming and outgoing mails, records management, maintaining inventory and ordering office supplies, managing travel and training requests, assisting new hires with their IT and office setup, supervising new team members and volunteers, organizing events and helping clients both in person and over the phone. As a Health and Safety Committee member, I have taken additional responsibilities since the start of the pandemic last year. I have developed emergency response plan, contacted numerous vendors to secure supplies of COVID-19 related products including masks, hand sanitizers, gloves, wipes, face shields etc, placed the order and coordinated the delivery. As a first point of contact, I have done the COVID screening for all the staff and clients at the front desk before they enter the office premises.
