I have 16 dynamic years of experience as an outside Sales Representative/Territory Manager with additional competency in Marketing, CRM, Key Account Management with both small independent chains and large independent grocery. I am adept at working with broker and distributor reps to maximize results. My career starting with an esteemed industry leader in both sales and manufacturing, Enzymatic Therapy/ Schwabe North America. I then had the pleasure of working for the dynamic and young,"think outside of the box, stack 'em high and watch 'em fly'' company, VEGA. More recently I worked with a boutique line focusing on anti-aging anti-oxidants, Reserveage Organics. Lastly I spent over 4 years with Rainbow Light and other top brands by Nutranext and The Clorox Company. I have been very fortunate to have been trained in multiple approaches to sales and to have been mentored by many professionals. What I have learned is that sales is about relationships. Relationships are built on being likable, presenting value, creating trust, and being prepared. I have applied these principles over the years to partner with my accounts in business and create a proven track-record of high volume sales growth (200% at Vega) and lasting relationships. I am an organized self-starter who is not afraid to close the sale. I have excellent skills in business planning, sales execution, merchandising and education; this includes budgeting and planning trade spend, managing demo teams, event planning and managing broker relationships. I am particularly good at educating, communicating science content and brand message while engaging my audience with humor. Sales and learning can be fun-and they are!
