Work is changing faster than most people and institutions know how to respond to.Hi, I’m Tuyen. My work centres on employability, career mobility, and how people adapt as technology reshapes roles.This brings me into regular conversations with universities, employers, workforce groups, and education partners who are all trying to answer the same question: what mix of skills, competency, and awareness do people now need to operate in evolving roles?Institutions deliver strong programs. Employers know what they need. Learners and working professionals are left trying to make sense of how the two connect.I focus on making that connection more practical and visible through partnerships, programs, and approaches that help translate learning into credible job market positioning.I have personally seen this from multiple angles, having worked across Financial Services, FinTech, and now EdTech and Career Development. Moving between industries and functions gave me a clear view of how experience translates across contexts. Learning alone is rarely enough. People often need support to make their skills visible and relevant in a different setting.I am particularly interested in what “job ready” now means in practice, the kinds of roles emerging across industries, and how education providers and partners can strengthen employability beyond course completion.Today, I lead partnerships with education providers, workforce groups, and industry to design scalable ways to support real career movement.If you are thinking about how learning connects to employability and evolving roles, I am always open to a conversation.
