I have completed a Human Resource Management Graduate Certificate Course from Conestoga College, Kitchener. This course has given me in depth understanding of Recruitment and Selection process, Organizational Learning and Development, Employment Law Standard Act, Human Rights & Labour Relations and Health and Safety Act completing my Co-op term, currently, I am working as Health and safety administrator at AGS Cambridge. Through this job, I have enhanced my understanding of OHSA and its application in the workplace to make it safe for employees. I have also been involved in Emergency response plan at AGS. In spare time I also assisted HR in performing telephone screening interviews of the applicants. Decision making, time management and prioritization of work are my core competencies. I have honed my analytical and problem-solving skills in a Technical role as a Diagnostic and Repair Technician for 14 years. This experience in multi-skilled, multi-cultural teams has also enlightened me about the employees’ expectations from the HR team.
