With 6 years at Amex under my belt, I have been known for going above and beyond for the customer and coming up with many bright ideas. In my current role, I'm a subject matter expert for the Membership Rewards team and have become a trusted resource to colleagues across the company and within other servicing centres. I have been recognised with numerous awards for my performance and excellence. I consistently work towards identifying ways we can improve how we service our customers and streamline our operations.
