Works and plays well with others" was a comment written on my report card by my elementary school teacher. Another one,"talks during nap time" and finally,"loves to help others". Seems like I was preparing myself for a career in Customer Service at an early age. I began working in our small, hometown restaurant when I was just a teenager, and I watched my mother treat each and every person who walked in the door like family. She showered them with kindness and respect, and she made sure no one left her place of business hungry.physically or otherwise. She said it was just as important to feed their souls with love as it was to feed their bodies with food! I have taken her words to heart in everything I do. I have never met a stranger, I can carry on a conversation with just about anyone, and I love making people smile! I have my momma to thank for that. And now I am here! Good or bad customer experiences can make or break a business. I am that employee who can and will make a difference in how your customers view your business. I am great at building client loyalty, increasing customer base, and problem solving. I love working with other team members in finding new and innovative ways to build client relationships, and I thrive in an environment where I am constantly learning.
