Background

About Twylla Koehler

I’m a passionate marketing and operations professional who thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy. With a knack for building strong connections between people and brands, I’m driven to work with companies that value meaningful impact, collaboration, and purpose-driven growth. As a natural storyteller and influencer, I excel at crafting marketing campaigns, optimizing workflows, and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results. Guided by my CliftonStrengths (Individualization, Empathy, Developer, Relator, and Input), I create tailored solutions that empower both teams and customers. I’m seeking opportunities with innovative, culture-defining companies that embrace creativity, foster collaboration, and prioritize people. My ideal role allows me to bring my full self to work, delivering impactful strategies that connect brands with their audiences while promoting positive change. Outside of work, I’m a middle child with a love for vibrant living—whether it’s mastering mixology, supporting local communities, or creating intentional spaces for others to thrive. Let’s connect and explore how I can contribute to your mission!
