About Ty Campbell

Time Warner Cable was sold to Charter Communications, and they are now known as Spectrum Enterprise. Most of my time with the company has been spent in the residential field, working in Voice Operations as a telecom specialist and trainer. I've been working as a Project Coordinator in Business Services managing projects and assisting sales with setting up new services for clients. Most recently, I was promoted to Senior Project Coordinator to assist management with escalations and larger projects for my team, as well as coaching and mentoring. With the merger completing, I was promoted to a Project Manager role, taking on a larger client base and assisting clients with multiple location projects. Our project management teams’ responsibilities include supporting teams across the nation with managing their fiber optic orders, and fulfilling obligations set at the time of sale through completion of the project.
