Has held the distinguished ACCREDITED LAND CONSULTANT (ALC) designation for over 29 years, & loves working with farm & land sales, equine properties, commercial sales, & land sales & development! Represents both Buyers & Sellers in the real estate marketplace! Loves helping people find the right property to purchase, or representing property owners in marketing their real estate & finding the right Buyer! Has developed, or been a consultant on developing many residential communities, & has handled the sale of properties for the development of Walmart/Walgreens/The Krystal Company/Arby's Restaurants/Waffle House/Express Oil/Bell South/The Southern Company/U.S. Gov't Admin Services & other business & governmental entities! Ty is a member of Cyre-Leike's CIRCLE of EXCELLENCE, has served on the National Board of Directors of the Realtors Land Institute & has also served the real estate industry at the State & local levels. Ty relocated to Middle Tennessee from his hometown of Mobile, AL because of the beautiful hills, landscape, & scenery found in this great area! Both Nashville & Murfreesboro, Tennessee have been ranked recently as two of the TOP MARKETS in the USA & great places to live! While inactive in the Alabama real estate market, Ty also still maintains his Alabama Real Estate Broker's license. MIDDLE TN is also "horse country" & Ty also has a passion for horses! He has bred & raised many World Champion, World Grand Champion, & International Champion show & pleasure horses, as well as one European Champion! Ty is himself an International Champion & World Champion equestrian, & has judged International, World, German, & European Championship horse shows!
