I love helping people. That attitude has been the drive in my personal life, as well as my professional life. I do what it takes to get results and thrive in an environment that achieves growth. Building, recruiting, and being a part of a team that accomplishes greatness is what motivates me. The last couple of years I have been an administrator and part owner of a healthcare clinic. In that time I have learned many things, but number one is how to connect and communicate with people. We have built an amazing team that has achieved amazing results. We have had the opportunity to create lasting impressions amongst the team as well as the clients and patients we have served. This opportunity has helped me become proficient in process improvement, staffing, recruiting, leading a team, managing budgets, and increasing revenues. I believe in a positive mental attitude. In life and in a career, you can always control YOU. I am constantly bettering myself in order to provide more value to my family, myself, and my career.
