About Ty Mitchell

Ty is a well-rounded Consultant with experience in creative and technical roles. He graduated from Albion College with a B.A. in Psychology and Theatre Arts and received his MBA with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from West Texas A&M University. He has worked on creative and functional projects while collaborating with stakeholders, gathering requirements, facilitating meetings, and training functional and sales teams. His strengths include strong communication, creative problem-solving, and adaptability. Ty has led significant projects such as the Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud Implementation & Experience Cloud Redesigns. He has also worked on a large interdepartmental rollout of Salesforce Sales and Service clouds as a BA and superuser, as well as projects in Field Service implementation, financial service, sales management, and digital storefronts. His expertise extends to Agile/Scrum methodologies, functional and technical analysis, design thinking, and transformational leadership.
