About Ty Reeves

I got involved in my current role as an Associate Director because building beneficial relationships is what I’m best at. Through my person-centered approach to sales, I’ve been able to deliver tangible results that move the needle in regards to revenue. This led me to being a people leader and develop other sales people. Communication is my bread and butter. I began honing this skill when I was in college by working as a Campus Tour Guide as well as a Supplemental Instructor to tutor finance students. Today, I employ my communication acumen and relationship building capabilities to develop my team, expand customers bases, and increase sales for a telecommunications company. Some of my key successes have included: Finished at the top of my sales organization with 160%+ weighted attainment in 2022 Elected Most Valuable Team member in Q422 Top 5% of Client Executives in 2023 and 2024 Customer Service Hero 2024 When I’m not growing accounts, I’m usually either trying a new restaurant in the Phoenix area, exercising, or cooking.
