About Tye Boray

Throughout my life, I have learned the significance of consistent improvement, the value of team collaboration, and the importance of hard work to produce high-quality results. I graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering and am currently pursuing a Master of Applied Science Degree at the University of British Columbia (Okanagan) focused on fuel cell-battery system vehicle integration. I am particularly drawn to the commitment of sustainability and finding innovative approach's to zero-emission mobility solutions. Due to the public transportation issues centered in the Okanagan Valley, my academic research has led me to publish two papers investigating the technical and economic feasibility of implementing a fuel cell electric passenger train connecting the cities of Okanagan Valley. Finding sustainable engineering solutions is a passion of mine and hence I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to the global mission of driving a transition to zero-emission mobility.
