My extensive background in community-based organizations spans acute secure treatment units, live-in treatment facilities, community help centers, and public schools. In partnership with client families and other healthcare members, I specialize in leading and coordinating teams developing and implementing individualized and comprehensive plans of care, using evidence-based interventions to address young adults with psychosocial issues and psychiatric conditions. My authentic, outgoing, and curious personality drives me to thrive in fast-paced environments, continually developing my leadership and growth mindset. In my current role as Team Lead, I take pride in acting as a role model and mentor to colleagues, students, and clients fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
