These roles honed his leadership, interpersonal communication, and strategic marketing skills. Currently, Tylan works in the Licensing Department at Broadcast Music Inc.(BMI) in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, he engages with creators and rights holders, ensuring they maximize the value of their intellectual property while deepening his expertise in the intersection of music, licensing, and business strategy. This position has enhanced his skills in client relations, strategic analysis, and understanding the nuances of creative industries. In addition to his work at BMI, Tylan is a licensed real estate agent specializing in serving athletes and entertainers in the Nashville and Middle Tennessee market. Drawing on his own experiences as a former athlete and his current role in a music-focused Performing Rights Organization, Tylan aspires to be the go-to resource for these high-performing individuals. His goal is to create a seamless and enriching experience for clients by providing tailored solutions that align with their unique lifestyles and aspirations. Furthering his commitment to community building, Tylan is collaborating with two colleagues to launch a professional network aimed at connecting young professionals across diverse industries in Middle Tennessee. This initiative seeks to foster community, bridge gaps across career paths, and create a supportive environment for young adults striving for personal and professional growth.
