As a Sustainability Excellence Analyst supporting over 40 chemical manufacturing sites across the Americas, I contribute to the implementation of data-driven sustainability initiatives that align with corporate environmental goals and operational performance targets. My responsibilities include the collection, validation, and analysis of sustainability metrics—ranging from energy and water usage to emissions and waste—to support environmental reporting, portfolio steering, and utility optimization. I work cross-functionally to embed sustainability into core business practices and identify site-specific opportunities for resource efficiency and cost reduction. In addition to technical analysis, I lead on-site sustainability workshops across the Americas, partnering with production teams to assess current practices and uncover high-impact improvement areas. I support the development of training and engagement initiatives that build internal capability and promote a culture of sustainability across the organization. My role also involves contributing to stakeholder communication strategies by translating technical progress into clear, actionable insights for both internal leadership and external audiences. I’m committed to advancing measurable, scalable sustainability outcomes through strategic collaboration and continuous improvement. I hold a bachelor's degree in environmental science with a chemistry focus from Cleveland State University and am pursuing an MBA with a specialization in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the Monte Ahuja College of Business at Cleveland State University. This combination of practical project management experience, advanced education, and Lean Six Sigma training equips me to lead projects that drive meaningful improvements across the organization.
