Off-Premise Spirits Sales Representative at Favorite Brands is my current role, where I use my communication and data analysis skills to drive sales growth, market penetration, and customer loyalty. I have a Bachelor of General Studies degree in Business and Merchandising from Missouri State University, which gives me a solid foundation in the principles and practices of the beverage industry.Before joining Favorite Brands in April 2023, I was the General Manager and Beverage Manager at The Village Dallas for over two years, where I managed the operations, finances, and staff of a premier country club and a vibrant urban community. I was responsible for overseeing the inventory, purchasing, pricing, and promotion of the beverage program, as well as analyzing the sales data, trends, and customer feedback to optimize the profitability and satisfaction. I also collaborated with the Beverage Director to develop and implement creative and innovative strategies, events, and partnerships to enhance the brand awareness and reputation of The Village Dallas.
