About Tyler Bennett

My passion is rooted in improving employees quality of life, resulting in downstream company growth. This has historically been facilitated through a wide range of continuous improvements efforts, ranging of automating tasks through Excel VBA, to implementing processing systems that reduce waste and save money. My time at Westpro Machinery allowed me to demonstrably improve processes from receiving through to assembly, decreasing both assembly preparation time and assembly-time errors. Further, the developed scheduling software provided management with increased transparency regarding the day to day activities on the shop floor. This front end process improvement laid a successful base, while my time at Lions Gate Construction and the Protec Group of Companies has provided me with back end insight into the inner workings of companies at the business level. Additionally, the estimating system development has allowed for unique insight into the costs businesses face in day to day operations. I am looking to utilize this solid foundation to delivery process and efficiency improvements beyond my job title.
