I am adept at taking the lead role on any size project while delivering results in all capacities and comfortable with aggressive timelines. I am known as personable, articulate and persuasive in person and print, and gifted at presenting technical concepts in an easy to understand manner. I have over 13 years of professional experience in the Financial Services, Information Technology, and Consulting industries. My career began in teaching public school and shifted to analytics in corporate service, completing my MBA in Finance while working. My current role and passion is providing services to my clients as a Delivery Manager with TEKsystems Global Services. In this role, I play equal parts project manager, manager of 30 professional consultants, financial manager, and strive for client delight at every opportunity. Previously, I added value as an IT Project Manager consultant with Altisource Contact Center Technologies. In this role, I am establishing and refining processes, templates, and procedures for the Project Management Office while also managing projects around the Cisco telephony platform upgrade and expansion. Prior to that, I supported Ally Financial in the Global Project Management Office embedded within their IT area. In this capacity, I was the primary business contact for supporting the Clarity PPM tool and processes while working with cross-functional stakeholders across all business lines with interest in the project portfolio. Additionally, I managed projects creating their Resource Management tools and metrics and the re-engineering of the portfolio planning process. Prior to Ally Financial, I worked with DaimlerChrysler Financial Services in its various subsidiaries in roles of increasing responsibility. My final role focused on managing the commercial finance portfolio of $1.4bln loans and leases and leading operations management of the division.
