About Tyler Emanuel

I enjoy creating content that tells a story, makes information easier to understand, and actually connects with people. Whether it’s through writing, video, design, or web, I like working at the intersection of creativity and clarity. I’m currently a Graduate Assistant in Athletic Communications at Texas State, where I handle media coverage for several Division I teams, including a nationally ranked track and field program. I write press releases, produce video interviews and highlights, manage social media, and support live event operations. Some of my content has even been featured by national platforms like NCAA Track and Field. Outside of work, I’m finishing my master’s degree in Mass Communication with a 4.0 GPA and was inducted into the Kappa Tau Alpha National Honor Society for being in the top ten percent of my cohort. I also have experience coding and building multimedia websites from scratch, and I’ve worked with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, Sidearm, and more. I bring a strong work ethic, curiosity, and a willingness to figure things out. I’m at my best when I’m building something, learning as I go, and working with a team that moves fast and values good storytelling.
