I have always found sports to be more than just a game—they’re about community, experiences, and the connections that bring people together. That’s what drives me in my current role with the Welland Jackfish. Every day, I am lucky enough to help grow the game, create unforgettable positive fan experiences, and build relationships that last longer than simply 9-innings. With an MBA in progress at Brock University, coupled with my background in Sport Management and Economics, I’ve established a strong foundation in sales, operations, and business strategy. However, I thrive on finding creative ways to engage fans, strengthen partnerships, remove any negative touchpoints and continue to push the boundary of what a genuine sports experience can accomplish. I have gained experience across operations, bookkeeping, and ticketing management, which has given me a good understanding of what makes an organization run smoothly. Whether it’s developing sales strategies, leading a team, or creating unique game-day experiences that keep fans coming back game after game, I’m always looking for ways to make a genuine impact on every single fan experience.
