About Tyler Fiene

I’ve taken a roundabout road from a technical engineer to technology sales, into IT Management, and back into sales, but it’s been worth every minute. The technology world changes incredibly fast, and it’s important to have a sales person who has the technical background to keep up with it. I can’t believe I get paid to help customers solve their problems, help expand their expertise, and shout the solutions offered by my company from the highest mountains and Coast to Coast. Which is tough to do living on the Plains! I’ve been in the IT industry since I was a teenager, doing everything from Application programming to PC repair to Data Center Management. If you add in about 10 years of Management in an IT environment and another four in Pre-sales Engineering and seven years in Sales, that makes a sales guy that understands the needs of technology customers. And who isn’t a technology customer today? Outside of work, I have a litter of kids, which keeps me active in school, sports, and the ever changing lives of my children and grandchildren. I currently am a Territory Channel Account Manager at WatchGuard Technologies, covering KS, MO, OK, AR, NM, TX, and LA.
