Clients are an important part of the team.” Since 1979, Tyler has earned the admiration of the Firm and loyalty of clients, many of which been with him for over three decades. Tyler is our team’s senior member, and his commitment to client service, informed investing, and long-term planning unite our work as a group. Tyler formulates tailored risk-managed strategies for clients’ concentrated stock positions, estate planning issues, and tax minimization. His career includes a position as Resident Manager of the Merrill Lynch office in Boulder for ten years. Tyler earned his B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University. He and his wife of over years, Marcia, have lived in Boulder for over 20 years and have one son. Tyler has served on the advisory board of the Colorado University School of Music for the past ten years and is a frequent volunteer for Junior Achievement, teaching personal finance classes to high school seniors.
