With nearly a decade of leadership experience in high-stakes, complex operational environments, I have consistently driven organizational success, team development, and process optimization. Leading diverse teams of up to 35 individuals, I effectively managed demanding training, maintenance schedules, and mission-critical operations to ensure peak performance and readiness. As a seasoned technical leader, I specialize in managing complex systems with a strong emphasis on safety, operational efficiency, and resource optimization. My expertise aligns seamlessly with the principles of sustainable engineering, where innovation and efficiency are key drivers for progress. I am now transitioning out of the Navy and into Corporate America, eager to apply my skills to solve pressing optimization and technical challenges. In my current role as an Associate Professor at Villanova University, I mentor and develop over 100 future and current leaders, instructing on leadership, ethics, and operational decision-making. This position reflects my deep passion for cultivating talent and fostering professional growth—an approach I bring to every role.
