As the great Tiger Woods said, “No matter how good you get you can always get better, and that’s the exciting part.” This mindset of consistent improvement leading to long-term success remains at the forefront of every aspect of my life. Whether in sports or business, identifying areas for improvement and crafting optimal processes is a staple of any successful venture. One highlight during my time as a Wealth Advisor occurred when I was part of a team that helped a manufacturing company successfully convert and implement a new retirement plan platform for its 225+ employees. During this two month process, our team was able to turn a once glaring weakness into a company strength. Some other career highlights include: • Streamlined communication with 20+ external vendors by improving and automating policies and procedures, resulting in over $7 million in additional business assets. • Analyzed large data sets to determine income opportunities that resulted in revenue of • Proposed and implemented product placement solution, saving over 10-years.
