I have a diverse background in banking, cosmetic surgery, and customer service, with skills in loan processing, administration, and customer relationship management (CRM). I am currently a Universal Banker at M&T Bank, where I identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products, balance my teller drawer, and assist customers in opening new accounts. I studied Criminal Justice and Corrections at Baltimore City Community College and graduated from Pikesville High School in 2014.Before joining M&T Bank, I worked as a Clinical Operations Specialist Supervisor at Mia Aesthetics, a cosmetic surgery office, where I performed pre-operative duties such as creating patient charts, reviewing lab work, educating patients, generating invoices and identifying potential fraudulent charges. I also worked as a Resolution Specialist at IKEA, where I handled customer complaints and inquiries, resolved issues, and ensured customer satisfaction. I enjoy working with people, solving problems, and learning new things. I am motivated by the values of integrity, teamwork, and excellence, and I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
