About Tyler Harris

Director and Professional Engineer experienced in the provision of consultancy and technical advisory services to public and private sector clients on large scale infrastructure projects, including numerous projects with Capex values in excess of CA $1 billion. Tyler is a recognized technical expert in alternative finance and procurement and delivery and leads technical due diligence teams reporting to sponsors, equity investors and lenders on major infrastructure projects. His experience includes extensive infrastructure delivery across North and South America for both linear and vertical infra projects including providing strategic advice, planning and risk assessment, supporting bid developments, construction monitoring, operations monitoring, and secondary market transactions. Tyler is responsible for leading core consultancy project teams for the provision of technical and risk assessment consulting services to clients on complex large-scale infrastructure projects. He works directly with both public and private sector clients reviewing and advising on technical, environmental and commercial risks to support their infrastructure objectives and ensure successful delivery of their critical infrastructure projects.
