About Tyler Hendry

Mr. Hendry works closely with KLH's portfolio companies to drive value creation and support with strategic initiatives such as add-on acquisitions, due diligence, contract negotiations, integration planning and execution, treasury and cash-management, insurance and risk management, financial reporting and forecasting/budgeting. He also serves as a resource in connection with financial and accounting aspects of new deal evaluations. In his previous roles, Mr. Hendry has worked as a valuation specialist in EY's valuation and business modeling practice where he worked with both private and public companies across a wide breadth of industries. He has also served private equity funds including Z Capital and Invision Capital where he supported due-diligence processes for control buyouts and asset based and cash flow loan underwritings and was also responsible for performing extensive financial and operational analysis and support for current operating companies within the portfolios. Mr. Hendry's most recent experience was a group CFO for Z Capital's hospitality platform. Mr. Hendry holds a Master of Science in Accounting degree and a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree with a minor in Business Management from DePaul University Driehaus College of Business and is a CFA Charterholder.
