Hi my name is Tyler Hernblom I have worked many jobs which to must employers would be a quick red flag but the only reason for this is I am looking for a career where the employer takes care of the employees I have worked for some great places don't get me wrong but most of the time there was upper management changes and they were not for the best the only good thing good that has come from me working different jobs is I have a wide variety of skills I have two kids and I'm looking for a possible forever career I say forever because I'm working for a great employer now but not getting the hours I need which isn't the employers fault nor mine it has to do with store productivity so if your ready to take a leap of faith with me then I'm ready to take one with you I'm excited to see what comes next I'm very excited to work with you and make a big impact thanks for the read!Sincerely Tyler Hernblom Future candidate
