As the Group Health, Safety, Environmental Manager (US & Asia) at IQE, I have over 7 years of experience in global multi-site management with skills of executing EHS strategies globally while successfully influencing throughout all levels of an organization. I am passionate about creating a positive and proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives. I currently manage 5 sites in the US and Asia and direct processes and procedures globally to align and optimize the company's safety and environmental performance. I have increased safety engagement across the US and Asia, resulting in a 200% increase in leading indicator reporting. I have also led the implementation of a unified ISO 45001 certification across 3 US sites, maintained 14001 certifications, while successfully creating and driving a new process safety management system across all global sites. Additionally, I have conducted industrial hygiene testing, implemented ergonomic training, and developed a safety onboarding process that have reduced exposure limits, injury costs, and untrained employees.
