About Tyler Huff

In 2013, I graduated from Tesoro High School and enlisted in the US Navy. I spent four years in the service with most of my time being spent in Japan. At the end of my enlistment, I received an honorable discharge and was eager to start studying in college. In 2017, I enrolled in my GI benefits and started studying at Saddleback community college. While at Saddleback, I joined the football team to play ball with my younger brother, Zach. We had a great season and I ended up graduating from Saddleback with an associate's degree in Health Sciences. At the end of 2019, I moved with my family to Boise, Idaho, and enrolled at Boise State University. Halfway through the semester, my wildest dreams were coming true as I was being recruited to play division one football at Texas State University. Without a doubt, I accepted the opportunity of a lifetime to play the game I love and attend a beautiful university. I enrolled at Texas State University in the Summer of 2019 and played football there through the end of the 2022 season. While at Texas State, I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Applied Arts & Sciences. A moment I am proud of is being voted to the Texas State football team's leadership council. This council was responsible for representing the team by making decisions to enhance the student-athlete experience. Currently, I am still attending Texas State and I am on track to graduate with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice in December of 2023.
