About Tyler Jenkins

I've always had a passion for helping others. This has lead me down a route of multiple different careers, such as a food service worker, a emergency medical scribe, or even a CNA. However, there has always been one passion that I would always come back to and that was microbiology. Now I'm an aspiring microbiologist and am using my bachelors degree in biology that I obtained from the University of Central Oklahoma. I have a wide breadth of knowledge and experience ranging from customer service skills, health care experience and even purchasing. I have 5+ years of managerial experience and 10+ of customer service experience. Each job or task that has been given to me I carried out and finished with the upmost urgency. I pride myself on my knowledge and my dedication to team and company. I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with my bachelors in Biology, so meeting deadlines and multi-tasking has always been one of my primary strengths. I've spent 7 years working as a supervisor at the Oklahoma City Zoo where I was tasked with looking over 50+ employees. Then I spent another 5 years at ScribeAmerica recruiting, hiring and training new employees. At ScribeAmerica I was also in charge of troubleshooting and solving any technical issues.
