Tyler works with Mountain West and comes to the Northern Utah market with over 17 years of commercial real estate experience. Tyler specializes in retail, industrial/flex, and investment sales. He has represented some of the world’s most recognized companies with their corporate real estate holdings such as Buffalo Wild Wings, Costco Wholesale, Five Guys, Dollar Tree, Top Golf, and Massage Envy. Over Tyler’s career, he has successfully brokered thousands of transactions. Tyler is very customer service focused and has demonstrated, for decades, strong and sincere relationships with his clients. His first desire is that his clients feel that they are a priority and their business success is his major focus. He prides himself on knowing the economic drivers of success in his clients’ business ventures. Understanding people and knowing that relationships are built on loyalty and trust is paramount in building and maintaining those extremely important relationships. His reputation for aggressively pursuing solutions in tight markets has led to immense success and is known for having the highest ethical standards and professional performance. Tyler was a Vice President and top producing broker at Leibsohn & Company in Seattle, Washington in which he was the recipient of the CoStar Group Power Broker award multiple times (2014-2018) and has earned many other awards as a top producer. Tyler and his wife Shannon live in Farmington with their three kids and blessed to be back in Utah. They enjoy spending time together, traveling, snow skiing, and running.
