At Ellerbrock-Norris, we strive to change the way our clients approach risk. We don’t just sell insurance products. We work closely with our clients to achieve the goals and success they dream of. I am passionate about initially helping our clients identify the risks and opportunities for their business and developing a plan to manage that risk and take advantage of those opportunities. More than half of the risks a business faces are uninsurable through traditional products. That is why we don’t lead with selling an insurance product. We lead by getting to know all facets of our client’s business and developing a unique risk based plan for their company. Our ENCORE Success Program allows business owners to organize the chaos that can be the product of the ever changing business landscape and the emerging risks their companies face.
