About Tyler MacNeil

My name is Tyler James MacNeil and I am a graduate from Acadia University in the spring of 2023 with a business degree and major in Finance. I have worked in retail for two and a half years starting at Sears then moving to Foot Locker. Throughout university in the summers I worked in the main office at Weedman Maritimes lawn care company as an administrative assistant in year one, then getting promoted to sales in year two along with continuing my administrative duties from the previous year. In the spring/summer of 2022 I worked at Scotiabank as an intern on the Commercial Banking team. I since was offered the opportunity to return to Scotiabank as a trainee in the Commercial Accelerate Program once I finished my fourth year of school which wrapped up in April 2023. After spending close to 2 years in the Commercial Accelerate Program, I accepted a role as a Relationship Manager with the Halifax team and begun the role in March of 2025. I look forward to continuing to grow with the Bank in this role and for what lies ahead!
