About Tyler McKee

I have worked in a variety of industries and have found myself excelling wherever I plant my feet. When first entering into the work force at my local McDonald's I quickly found myself among the ranks of the management team. Durring my time there team moral was exceptional and everyone was aware of team expectations. Utilizing my confidence from my success there I pivoted to my local union to become a tool maker. At LEAR I was an apprentice tool maker and was troubleshooting progressive stamping dies and making the needed repairs within 6 months. I had learned to weld and use various precision machining tools durring my time there. When the pandemic hit I pivoted towards a more Covid friendly position for the safety of my family. I started as a Service Specialist at ECOLAB in the pest control division. Durring my time there I was responsible for taking over the pest programs at some of western Michigans largest food manufacturing facilities. I created a healthy and professional relationship with my contacts at these sites and was able to generate additional business from these. The following year I had returned to precision machining at Westfall Technik in Bessemer MI. At Westfall I furthered my education in precision machining and was responsible for the throughput of the heat treat department. Currently I am at Cyber Works in Manitowoc, WI doing computer repairs. My time in precision machining and diagnosing has lead me to be successful in my current role. Being confident in my own troubleshooting skill set has lead me down diagnosing large scale production tooling, precision machining, team building and now computer repair. from scheduling to building I aim to use my troubleshooting skills to the best of my ability.
