After spending years leading international supply chain, operations, and manufacturing teams across Georgia, Ohio, and Texas, I eventually found my way back home to Tennessee—and made a purposeful pivot into financial services.Today, I’m proud to serve as Partner and Chief Operations Officer at Visionary Horizons, where I lead operations, compliance, and strategic growth initiatives for our SEC-registered firm. Every day, I’m driven by the opportunity to empower both clients and advisors—helping families plan for their futures and helping advisors grow thriving, impactful practices.My foundation comes from graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a degree in Business Administration (Logistics & Transportation). I spent two decades helping global organizations streamline operations, drive continuous improvement, and build environments where people and businesses could thrive. Over time, I realized that my passion was never just about systems and efficiency—it was about creating opportunities for people to succeed.Transitioning into wealth management and commercial real estate has been a natural extension of that mission. Trust, leadership, and growth remain at the core of everything I do—whether it's supporting a client’s financial goals, helping an advisor expand their impact, or strengthening our firm's future.Outside of work, I’m passionate about leadership development, continuous improvement, and community service.
