Having a Entrepreneurial spirit and mind who has a passion for innovation, forward thinking and an ability to have a high risk tolerance. A passion for creativity & self improvement by constantly learning and researching, whether about different industries, technologies or real world issues. I had a very troubled, self inflicted, crazy, tough & some may say traumatic life experiences during my early adult years. This lead to learning hard lessons in life, I believe everything happens for a reason so I used these negatives times a d situations and turn them into positives. It taught me the value of my family, freedom & respect. I've managed to stay highly Motivated, Passionate, Resilient & Positive Minded through even the darkest times in my life. Being part of the Building and construction industry for the past 10 years has led me to have a real passion for the industry and how it changes and grows. Having been apart of some of the most iconic buildings within Melbourne eg; Eureka Tower, 108 Tower, Prima Tower, Spencer, Werribee hospital, Spencer Street Police headquarters just to name a few, this has meant I have been able to learn so much in so many different areas of the industry. Not only the building and construction aspect but I also have a real passion for real estate in general. Finding the right land or property, planning what development can be done with feasibility reports, building what our clients want, the selling or leasing, the whole aspect intrigues me. I continue to learn every aspect about these industries to ensure informed and sound business decisions Always aware of reducing my carbon footprint by recycling materials and educating others so our future generations are well educated and setup to keep this Earth sustainable.
